Managing partner: Mr. Yusufu Kagumire (Barrister-at-law) Inner Temple
Mr. Kagumire, the Managing Partner of the firm is a Barrister-at-Law and member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He served as Chief Registrar of Titles for over ten years and is rated among the best conveyancing lawyers in the country. He chaired the Board of Uganda Posts and Telecommunications Corporation and was a Board Member of Agip Uganda. He is currently Chairman of the Immigration Control Board, member of the Constitutional Review Commission, Overseer of the International Institute of Trademark Agents, an External Examiner at the Law Development Center, and is an Honorary Member of several other associations. Mr. Kagumire's vast experience, immense knowledge and repute among members of the legal fraternity has given a gigantic boost to the firms image, business portfolio and credibility among its clients.

Mr. Kanyemibwa, a partner in the firm is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He has been commended by his peers for his ability to see the big picture. He is internationally listed among the best lawyers in Uganda by Chambers Global-The Worlds Leading Lawyers (2004 Edition), a guide to legal practitioners of the world. He has enviable knowledge on Securitization law and has taught the law of Business Associations at the Faculty of Law of Makerere University before engaging in fulltime practice. He acted on behalf of the firm as the Company Secretary of Stanbic Bank and has advised various local and foreign entities regarding financial service regulation, has been involved in extensive due diligence for various banks and in a number of high profile litigations over the last ten years
Senior partner: Mr. Dennis Wamala Lubega LL.B (Hons) Makerere Unversity
Mr. Wamala has been an advocate of the High Court of Uganda for over five years. He has successfully represented high profile clients in several litigation matters. He participated in various Legal Due Diligence Studies notable of which is the Legal Due Diligence on the securities held by the then UCBL before its acquisition by Stanbic Bank.
In 2002, he was assigned by the firm to advise Stanbic Bank on the interpretation and implications of the indemnity clauses in the UCB Share Sale Agreement. He has experience in commercial litigation and is currently acting as the Company Secretary of Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited on behalf of the firm. In this capacity he has advised the company on a number of multi-million dollar business ventures including the AES/Bujagali Power Project and the KPLC/UEB 1955 Power Purchase Agreement. He is a tax expert and has specialized knowledge in drafting and analyzing contracts.
