Mr. Pope Ahimbisibwe LL.B (Hons) Makerere University
Mr. Ahimbisibwe, an associate with the firm has been an advocate of the High Court of Uganda for over 4 years. He was involved in the vesting of the UEB properties and assets in the successor companies of UEDCL and UETCL and has also handled property transfers from UEB to former staff members and land transfers for Uganda Holdings Limited to the various purchasers. He has been at the forefront of drawing security-sharing agreements between various banks. He plays a major role in general non-litigation matters in the firm. He also has specialized knowledge in financial derivatives, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial and corporate law.

Ms. Erina Isabel K. LL.M (Erasmus) LLB Makerere
Isabel, is a graduate of law of Makerere University with a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center. She has had extensive exposure to securities law and other forms of Corporate Finance and Documentation. Particularly, she has attained specialized training in the areas of Negotiation of Financial Transactions from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research, as well as training in Intermediate Securities from Uganda Securities Exchange. Isabel is also among the new breed of lawyers with specialized knowledge in the emerging areas of the law in Uganda such as Arbitration and Information Technology law.

Ms. Esther Kusiima LL.M (Pretoria) LLB (Hons) Makerere
Esther is a graduate of Law of Makerere University. She holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center. She served at the Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution as a Statutory Mediator. She has had exposure particularly in the areas of Insurance Law, Revenue Law and Taxation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation among others. She has obtained specialized training in Intermediate Securities from Uganda Securities Exchange and in Negotiation of Financial Transactions from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research.
